Meet James Fishback
Florida's best hope for sovereignty and sanity.
James Fishback is a fourth-generation Floridian, born in Broward County, where he witnessed firsthand the decline of traditional industries like citrus. He overcame a childhood stutter through high school debate, becoming a national champion. He attended Georgetown University before dropping out to launch a successful hedge fund specializing in government bonds and interest rates. In 2024, he founded Azoria Partners, channeling $40M into merit-based, America-First companies, and Incubate Debate, a nonprofit providing free debate leagues to Florida high schools to combat woke indoctrination. At 31, the family faced struggles—his father's tree-trimming business destroyed by post-2010 Haitian TPS competition, leading to food stamps and near-bankruptcy. This fueled his shift from finance to politics.
He's running for Governor to restore "Old Florida" for native families and has the background and know how to accomplish it. Fishback aims to fight America Last globalism that displaces Floridians with H-1Bs, illegals, foreign students (~200k from China displacing in-state kids), and private equity like Blackstone outbidding families for homes. He will also tackle rural hollowing (e.g., citrus collapse from greening), donor-driven betrayals (e.g., hate speech laws, $385M Israeli bonds), and the affordability crises. With the funds he will rescue from the current swamp and special interest theft, he will strengthen education, job and housing access, and combat the eroding of morals and ethics in our state and government. His vision: Make Florida for Floridians first—revive citrus/cattle, ban foreign home-buying, divest foreign bonds for family aid, and end imported conflicts to build free, prosperous communities.
